Frequently asked questions

Is iTrackOrder free?

Yes — tracking a package on iTrackOrder is completely free, with no account required.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Check your shipping confirmation email from the seller, or open the order details on the marketplace where you bought the item. It's usually labeled "tracking number" or "shipment ID".

Which carriers are supported?

All major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Canada Post, Purolator, OnTrac and Amazon Logistics. If your seller provided a tracking number, chances are we can look it up.

My tracking number isn't found. What now?

Double-check the number for typos — even one wrong character will fail. If it still isn't found, the seller may not have synced the shipment yet; try again in a few hours.

I'm a seller. How do I add my orders?

Head over to our sellers dashboard — connect the browser extension or add orders manually, and your customers can track them right here.
